Welcome!
My name is Daniel Gallagher, and I am a professional flutist and flute teacher in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

I also offer online flute lessons via Zoom to connect with students around the world!

I am passionate about teaching and strive to create a positive, inclusive environment in my studio. I love working with students of all ages, backgrounds, and identities to accomplish their musical goals.
Do you find yourself wondering how to...

Play more consistently?
Breathe more efficiently?
Perform with more freedom and confidence?
Manage your nerves under pressure?
Master those tricky TMEA or other all-state etudes?
Prepare for college/orchestral auditions?
If so, you are not alone! Beginners to professional flutists struggle with these obstacles at some point during their musical careers.

The good news?
After 3 music degrees, several competitions, and professional performance experience, I have learned how to create solutions for these obstacles and more.
And with 10 years of teaching experience, I know how to communicate these solutions to my students to help them overcome any roadblock on their musical journey.
I believe every student deserves individualized music instruction. Are you ready to take your flute playing to the next level? I would love to help you unlock your true artistic potential!

Additionally, I provide services such as audition coaching, flute-related lectures, and masterclasses for all age ranges.
I am also available for chamber music collaborations and other gigs. Send me a message, and we'll make it work!
